Located in downtown Santa Monica, bordered by Second Street to the east, Santa Monica Boulevard to the south and Ocean Avenue to the west, the Ocean Avenue Project is located on one of a limited number of downtown 'opportunity sites' and will be designed by one of the world's most respected architects, Frank Gehry and Gehry Partners.
A 125-room, 244-foot mixed-use hotel and residential building with restaurant and retail that will create jobs and generate significant annual tax revenues that will strengthen the local economy.
